dialtrack™ collects the minimum information necessary to provide the service: your name, email address, and call session data you enter into the app. We do not collect contact details of people you call.
Your data is used solely to provide the dialtrack™ service — displaying your stats, powering leaderboards within your agency, and generating your personal reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All data is stored in a secure encrypted database. Access is restricted to authenticated users only. Your call data is private and visible only to you, unless you choose to participate in community leaderboards.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
